People who see my work for the first time, ask almost always the same question:
How someone can paint both in an abstract way and very realistically."
They have been astonished that a painter can be successful in several
genres of painter art. The more so if I tell them that I can be hours behind each other work to a detail of making a portrait and then the same day still, make a set-up for a large expressively (........) or abstract painting. A number years ago it was possible to classify constituents on the basis of the three genres. The realistic portraits, expressive paintings and the abstract. There are coming more and more customers  who find consistency interesting.
. I find it naturally this way to work....

It has grown this way!

Already from a young age I draw and paint, and I obtain the inspiration from my direct surroundings (people, animals, objects)

The surroundings...... stands convex of inspiration!!!
